This position is ideal for officers who enjoy working in fast-paced event environments, interacting with guests, and maintaining a safe and secure atmosphere at large-scale conventions and special events.

Job Responsibilities
•
Maintain a visible security presence throughout the convention venue
•
Provide access control and credential verification as assigned
•
Monitor entrances, exits, restricted areas, and assigned posts
•
Assist guests, vendors, staff, and event personnel with directions and general information
•
Monitor crowd activity and report safety or security concerns
•
Enforce event policies and venue procedures
•
Communicate effectively with supervisors, event staff, and fellow officers
•
Complete incident reports and daily activity reports as required
•
Respond appropriately to incidents, emergencies, or requests for assistance
Qualifications
•
Valid California Guard Card (Required)
•
Previous security, convention, customer service, or special event experience preferred
•
Professional appearance and demeanor
•
Strong communication and customer service skills
•
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
•
Ability to work in a fast-paced event environment
•
Reliable transportation
