We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Account Manager for our Injection Molding division. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of the manufacturing industry, working with cutting-edge technologies and processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key accounts, developing and implementing strategic sales plans, and driving growth in our Injection Molding business. This role involves working with a variety of materials, including silicone, LSR, HCR, and micromolding.
Responsibilities:

Manage and develop relationships with key strategic accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet or exceed corporate objectives for products in the Injection Molding division.

Work closely with the technical team to understand product specifications and applications.

Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing technical support when needed.

Provide detailed reports on account activity, sales forecasts, and market trends.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional activities and product launches.

Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors, and use this information to identify new business opportunities.

Participate in industry events, trade shows, and professional networking to build relationships and promote the company’s products.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry, specifically in Injection Molding.

Proven experience working with silicone, LSR, HCR, and micromolding.

Strong understanding of the technical aspects of injection molding and related processes.

Exceptional negotiation and relationship management skills.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical information to a variety of audiences.

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales performance and market trend data.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Willingness to travel as required to meet with customers and attend industry events.

Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong sense of urgency to achieve sales targets.
