Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Combo/Pre-K dance teacher to join our dance family. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching the fundamentals of dance and experience working with preschool-aged children. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where young learners can thrive, explore, and develop essential skills in ballet, jazz, tap and hip hop. These classes will be ages 3-7.
Duties
- Develop and implement engaging dance lesson plans that cater to the developmental needs of preschool children.
- Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages learning dance fundamentals, creativity, and artistry.
- Incorporate various teaching methods to engage students to learn basic ballet, jazz, tap and hip hop skills.
- Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Expeirence teaching ballet, jazz ,tap and acrobatics to ages 3-7.
- Proven experience working with preschool students in a dance studio.
- Ability to create a fun and engaging learning atmosphere that fosters learning the discpline of dance.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Creativity and resourcefulness in lesson planning and classroom activities.
- A passion for fostering children's growth through innovative teaching methods.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 2.0 – 10.0 per week
