Position Overview
We’re looking for a dependable and personable Pharmacy Assistant to join our team! In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, helping ensure they have a smooth and positive experience in our pharmacy.
What You’ll Do

Greet customers and provide friendly, helpful service

Assist with prescription drop-offs and pick-ups

Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately

Answer phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately

Help maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workspace

Support pharmacists and technicians with daily tasks as needed

Maintain inventory, including stocking, labeling and tracking supplies

Enter and maintain accurate patient information
What We’re Looking For

Strong communication and customer service skills

Attention to detail and ability to stay organized

Basic computer skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

A positive attitude and willingness to learn

High school diplomas or equivalent required

Previous retail or pharmacy experience is a plus, but not required—we’re happy to train the right person!
