Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in residential and commercial spaces. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service, as well as the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The House Cleaner will ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standards, contributing to a welcoming and hygienic environment for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Launder linens and towels as required, ensuring freshness and cleanliness.
- Manage custodial duties such as waste disposal and restocking supplies in bathrooms and kitchens.
- Execute housekeeping management tasks by organizing cleaning schedules and maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies.
- Conduct carpet cleaning when necessary, using appropriate equipment and techniques.
- Prepare meals or assist with cooking duties when requested by clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards observed during cleaning tasks.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or custodial services is preferred.
- Knowledge of housekeeping management practices to ensure efficient operations.
- Ability to work independently while managing time effectively to complete tasks on schedule.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results in every cleaning assignment.
- Flexibility to adapt to varying client needs, including occasional cooking or meal preparation tasks.
