We’re looking for a Maintenance Technician (Level 2 to level 3) to work on the maintenance work across our property portfolio. But this role is primarily located in portfolio in North Seattle, zip code 98125. The ideal candidate has a strong background in maintenance of apartment buildings, commercial buildings and construction. We can offer on-site live unit for the right candidate.
The compensation package includes a monthly bonus tied to milestone achievements, along with a year-end bonus.

The duties are
- You will work as a Maintenance Technician and be responsible for all maintenance related work. The building maintenance issues are work orders, move in/out unit turn over, order the maintenance supplies, preventive maintenance items (set up for regular ground cleaning, regular HVACs system maintenance), Capital improvement projects, etc.
- Your are handy and are able to get hands dirty and can tackle all urgent maintenance work. You have all the maintenance and management skills. You are able to paint, repair, fixing leaking, light fixing, appliance repairs. All units turns.
- You may also conduct construction cost estimates and assist in budgeting for maintenance projects, ensuring work is completed on time and within budget
- Above that, you will arrange / responsible/ monitor / supervise the work carried out by other in-house handymen, the third party vendors, other contractors on difficult maintenance tasks, interior remodeling, and special capital improvement work.
Who we are looking for:
- An ideal candidate is someone worked mainly in residential apartment, houses maintenance. You have great skills in painting, sheetrock repair, door trim, locks, repairing a leaking faucet, hot water tanks, changing light fixtures, repairing appliances, etc work orders, day-to-day repairs and maintenance. You're very hands on! and do this work yourself!
- Are a strong communicator and problem-solver who can keep work flow organized and running smoothly.
- You have all the hand/power tools. Drive a reliable truck/van. Clean drive record.
- You are ok to be on flexible schedule, answer the phone call and emergencies over the weekends or evenings, etc.
- Are comfortable using computer for basic tasks like emails, schedules, or maintenance tracking
- Pass background check. No smoking in the community.
