Southern Exposure Landscape is currently seeking a Landscape Construction
Superintendent to join our awesome team! Our company has been creating beautiful
outdoor living spaces for more than 25 years, and that kind of track record can’t

This position will be responsible for:
- Working with construction supervisor to establish schedule for daily and weekly
operations.
- Maintaining supply levels on assigned vehicle to prevent interruptions to the
job.
- Planning ahead every day and week to complete scheduled work efficiently.
- Walking properties daily and identifying and communicating work needed.
- Supervising crew members to ensure work is performed safely,
productively, and at a high level of quality.
- Working with crew members to complete jobs at estimated hours or less.
- Assisting in maintaining shop and yard as directed.
- Coordinating training for new hires. Being a leader with your head up.
Showing how you want the work done.
- Rewarding those that do a good job.
- Providing performance feedback to direct reports.

Qualifications
- Bilingual is a must
- 6+ years recent landscape install experience
- Landscaping skills (soil prep, stone work, irrigation, planting, grade, etc.)
- Previous supervising experience
- Proficiency in commercial mainline and lateral install, familiar with all irrigation systems
- Knowledge of construction and groundskeeping
- Able and willing to work alongside crews
- Background in horticulture
- Strong leadership abilities
- Proficiency in reading blueprints
- Valid driver's license and insurable

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
