What You Would Do
- Be the first initial touch point with our customer by answering all calls and promptly direct customers to the right place so they can receive WOW! Service right away
- Enthusiastically welcome visitors to our office
- Prepare mailed information for our customers
- Assist other departments with general office duties
What We Need for this Role
- 1+ years of experience in a high volume receptionist or customer service role.
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Proven experience in operating a multi-line phone system
- Desire and ability to provide remarkable customer service
