Support Growth and Lead Generation Operations
The Lead Generation and Support Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the Growth Team by managing lead data, maintaining Salesforce accuracy, and helping ensure smooth workflow across sales and operations.
This role is focused on organization, accuracy, and execution support for the lead generation process.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Support lead pipeline organization and tracking
- Set up and maintain opportunities in Salesforce
- Ensure accurate data entry and documentation
- Assist with EHS Statements of Work (SOW) processing
- Support opportunity setup, renewals, and workflow tasks
- Assist with account onboarding and required documentation
- Identify potential business opportunities through data review
- Communicate leads and opportunities to the Growth Team
- Maintain accurate records across systems

What You Need

- Ability to manage multiple priorities
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Salesforce or CRM systems
- Experience with sales support or lead generation processes
- Familiarity with outreach (calls, email, or social messaging)
