Our drivers are our priority and the driving force behind our success. Aero Global Logistics (AGL) is expanding and seeking productive, successful driver associates to join our expanding team.
We are currently seeking a nonCDL driver associates to service our customers from the Memphis,TN area. We provide excellent, well-maintained equipment and the latest in technology including Fleet dispatch, GPS, and all scanning functions from one integrated device.
ROUTE DETAILS:
All DDS routes are overnight unattended routes that run M-F nightly. The hours and pay are based on the route chosen.
JOB SUMMARY:
Aero Global Logistics is a DDS company that hauls Ford car parts to dealers along the East Coast. All routes are unattended, OVERNIGHT routes. Each route has a dedicated start time with deliver by times that must be met for each dealer. We offer paid on hands training and weekly pay.
AERO DETAILS
Pay and Weekly Bonuses: Payments are issued weekly via paper check on Mondays or direct deposit on Tuesdays. You can also earn a $50 weekly bonus by completing all assigned duties and calling dispatch once your route is finished.
Benefits and Insurance
- 60 Days: Health insurance eligibility begins.
- 90 Days: Eligibility for 401K, dental, vision, and paid holidays. The company also provides employer-paid life insurance as well as short-term and long-term disability coverage.
- 1 Year: You will receive one week of paid vacation.

Responsibilities
- Operate a 26 foot straight truck safely and efficiently, ensuring compliance with all traffic laws and regulations.
- Load and unload freight, utilizing pallet jacks and other equipment as necessary.
- Plan and follow efficient delivery routes to optimize time and fuel consumption.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure roadworthiness.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and communicate with dispatch regarding any issues or delays.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 26 years old
- Valid license
- Proven 18 months experience in truck driving, particularly with straight trucks
- Experience in delivery driving, load and unload procedures, and route driving
- Strong understanding of freight handling and safety regulations
Must be able to lift 50 lbs. or more repeatedly throughout a shift
Must be able to pass company's Physical Ability Test (PAT)
- Must have DOT medical card or be able to get it before hire
- Must have clean driving record (no DUI or reckless acts)
- Must be able to pass pre-employment drug test & physical
