Job Overview
We're seeking a team member who thrives in a relaxed-paced environment but still brings energy, professionalism, and great service to every shift. You'll often work solo or with one other person — so reliability is critical.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare coffee, tea, smoothies, and food items (waffles, burritos, etc.)
- Greet and serve customers with a friendly, positive attitude
- Keep the café clean, stocked, and organized
- Accurately handle POS transactions and tips
- Communicate proactively about availability and scheduling needs
- Follow shop procedures to ensure consistency and quality
Requirements
- Must be dependable and punctual
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working solo and staying focused
- Able to lift 20–25 lbs (stocking, minor prep work)
- Weekend availability is required
- Prior barista or food service experience is a plus, but not required
