Restoration/Project Manager/Supervisor
Integrity Restoration is a full-service, (Mitigation, Rebuild, & Contents) Insurance Restoration Company and has been in business since 1983. We are a Highly Rated (Preferred Restoration Contractor), that has a positive working relationship with most of the largest insurance companies.
We are seeking a looking to add professional, reliable, and responsible full-time person to join our restoration company to project manage residential and light commercial insurance repair projects.

Job Description & Responsibilities:
- *Profitably scope, estimate, and sign projects to get started, then create work orders, and manage project from start to completion.
- *Review project plans, seek trade bids, and prepare proposals.
- *Create project schedules and attend pre-construction meetings, progress meetings, and project closeout meetings.
- *Manage project administration including change orders and progress reports.
- *Create and manage project budgets.
- *Manage project logistics.
- *Communicate effectively with other production team members and provide accurate and timely information to company management.
- *Positively represent the company by establishing and maintaining relationships with owners, insurance adjusters, sub-contractors, and suppliers.
- *Understanding of all facets of building repair.
- *Competence in computer skills.
- *Skilled in verbal and written communication to correctly communicate needs.
- *Ability to work under pressure and make effective decisions to meet deadlines.
- *Strong leadership, problem-solving, initiative, and team work skills.
- *Positive attitude & professional customer service skills.
- *Promote a respectful work environment for all production members.
- *Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
**Qualified applicants need to be skilled in all aspects of construction project management including scheduling, project management, and project closeout. Candidates will be expected to manage construction projects of small & medium size and complexity, and assume responsibility from beginning to end. The successful candidate will serve as the go-to person, leading the process, and should be able to work independently with limited support and oversight from management.
**Qualified applicants need to be familiar with Xactimate & Direct Repair programs.
*Ability to read and understand blueprint drawings, purchase orders, and contracts.
*Ability to assume responsibility and communicate effectively with production members.
*MUST have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
*MUST be able to pass a criminal background check: Please note: Any offers of employment will be contingent upon a successful completion of a Motor Vehicle Report and National Criminal Background Screen.
Experience:
Education in Construction Project Management or 3 years relevant experience.
Minimum 3 years Restoration Industry Experience preferred.
Experience in using Xactimate software preferred.
Prior candidates with experience as a construction project manager, estimator, or insurance adjuster are strongly preferred.
Must have experience in handling multiple projects at the same time.
