Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Functional Analyst for a banking client in Dallas. This 7–8 month W-2 contract pays $26 per hour and focuses on understanding business needs and improving processes.
Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Review current business processes and identify simple improvements.
- Prepare functional requirements, process flows, and meeting notes.
- Coordinate with business users and project teams to clarify needs.
- Support user acceptance testing and track issues through resolution.
Qualifications
- 1–4 years of experience in a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
- Experience gathering requirements and documenting business processes.
- Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Banking or utility domain experience is preferred.
Pay: $26.00 per hour
