Position Summary
The E-Commerce & Marketplace Listing Specialist will be responsible for photographing merchandise, creating attractive listings, managing inventory, responding to customers, and driving online sales through platforms such as:
Facebook Marketplace
eBay
HiBid
OfferUp
Craigslist
Other online marketplaces as needed
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys merchandising, photography, technology, and sales.
Responsibilities
- Create high-quality listings for products across multiple online marketplaces
- Photograph merchandise professionally
- Write clear, accurate, and compelling product descriptions
- Research pricing to maximize sales and profitability
- Organize and manage online inventory
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and offers
- Coordinate order fulfillment and customer pickups
- Package and ship eBay and marketplace orders
- Monitor listing performance and continually optimize pricing and descriptions
- Cross-post inventory across multiple selling platforms
- Work with the marketing team to promote featured items
- Maintain organized photo and inventory records
- Help identify high-demand products for online sales
Qualifications
- Experience selling on Facebook Marketplace, eBay, or similar platforms preferred
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent written communication
- Organized with attention to detail
- Comfortable lifting up to 40 pounds
- Basic photography skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic

- eBay Seller experience
- Facebook Marketplace selling
- Shipping with USPS, UPS, or FedEx
- Basic image editing
- Inventory management
- Knowledge of retail pricing and online resale
