Youth Soccer Coach – ECNL / N1 Boys (U13–U19)
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Youth Soccer Coach to lead our ECNL and N1 boys teams (U13–U19). This position is ideal for a coach who is passionate about developing elite youth players and preparing them for collegiate soccer opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have experience coaching high-level competitive soccer, be committed to player development, and be capable of creating a professional training environment that emphasizes technical excellence, tactical understanding, discipline, and accountability. We are looking for a coach who can help our players maximize their potential both on and off the field.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver three high-quality training sessions each week focused on technical, tactical, physical, and mental development.
- Coach ECNL and N1 teams during league matches, showcases, tournaments, and other competitive events.
- Develop players with the goal of preparing them for collegiate soccer and beyond.
- Create a positive, demanding, and professional training environment that promotes accountability, discipline, and continuous improvement.
- Evaluate player performance and provide constructive feedback to support individual growth.
- Communicate effectively with players, parents, and club leadership regarding player development and team expectations.
- Promote teamwork, leadership, sportsmanship, and a strong competitive culture.
- Ensure all club policies and safety standards are followed during training sessions and matches.
Qualifications
- Minimum USSF D License required.
- USSF C License preferred.
- Previous coaching experience in ECNL, NPL, MLS NEXT, academy, collegiate, or other highly competitive environments is preferred.
- Collegiate, International, and/or professional playing experience is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of advanced technical and tactical player development.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Passion for mentoring young athletes and helping them achieve their collegiate soccer goals.
Schedule
- Commitment to three training sessions per week.
- Availability for league matches, showcases, and tournaments during the season.
- Training days and times are flexible based on coach and team availability.
Pay: $800.00 - $1,200.00 per month
