Job Title: Quality Associate

Location: Talladega, AL.
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:15 PM
Job Summary:
Quality associate with experience supporting automotive manufacturing operations in a fast-paced production environment. Responsible for assembling, inspecting, and packaging automotive interior components while maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards. Skilled in operating production equipment, following work instructions, performing quality checks, and collaborating with team members to meet daily production goals. Demonstrates strong attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to continuous improvement and workplace safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform visual inspection on various parts and completed assemblies in an automotive manufacturing facility
- Sort and inspect parts during the entire manufacturing process
- Fill out all data sheets and other required paperwork
Required Qualifications:
- Previous quality inspection experience required
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Valid ID or Driver's License
- High School Diploma or GED
- Drug Screen and Background check required
