Job Description
Clearway Services is a premium window cleaning company serving Dallas Fort Worth's top neighborhoods Highland Park, University Park, Preston Hollow, Southlake, Colleyville, Frisco, McKinney, and Flower Mound etc. We're looking for experienced outside sales reps to knock doors, pitch, quote, and close residential window cleaning jobs on the spot.
This is commission-only, contract work you set your own pace, and your income is a direct result of how many doors you knock and jobs you close. Because we work exclusively in high-income neighborhoods, ticket sizes and commissions run higher than typical D2D gigs.
What you'll do:
- Knock doors in assigned affluent DFW neighborhoods
- Deliver a short pitch and quote jobs on the spot at $10/window (slightly higher in top tier neighborhoods)
- Close the sale and schedule the job directly with the homeowner
- Submit closed jobs through a simple mobile form
What we provide:
- One time training session covering the pitch, objection handling, and pricing (no ongoing ride alongs or daily oversight)

- Branded materials and proof of insurance documentation to show homeowners
- Fast job intake system no paperwork
What you need:
- Prior door to door or outside sales experience (solar, pest control, alarms, roofing, or similar)
- Comfortable with rejection, self directed, reliable
- Reliable transportation to assigned neighborhoods
- Smartphone for job submission
Pay structure: 33% commission per closed job, paid out per job (no base pay). Average job runs $300+, putting typical commission at $100+ per close high performers in top neighborhoods can earn more.
