We are seeking dedicated and energetic Residential Cleaning 1099 Independent Contractors to deliver exceptional cleaning services to our valued clients in their homes. As a subcontractor, you will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and comfort within residential spaces. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation to ensure a spotless environment.
- Implement proper cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate cleaning detergents and equipment to maintain hygiene standards.
- Clean floors using various floor care techniques such as sweeping, mopping, and carpet cleaning to restore their appearance and longevity.
- Handle laundry tasks efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing as needed.
- Maintain the cleanliness of surfaces such as countertops, appliances, bathroom fixtures, and furniture with attention to detail.
- Manage manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting of furniture or equipment safely and efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific needs and ensure their satisfaction with the service provided.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping is highly preferred; janitorial or custodial experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning, and sanitation procedures.
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment such as vacuums, steam cleaners, buffers, and other janitorial tools.
- Ability to handle cleaning detergents safely while adhering to health and safety guidelines.
- Strong time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled appointments.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients about their expectations.
- Physical ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting and outdoor work when necessary.
- Experience in hotel housekeeping or commercial cleaning environments is advantageous for understanding high standards of cleanliness.

Pay: $22.00 - $32.00 per hour
