Compensation
Private-pay only. No insurance billing, no claim denials, no collections. Bi-weekly direct deposit.
- 50-minute session: $110
- 90-minute session: $200
- 3-hour intensive: $395
Longer engagements pay more by design. Extended work asks more of you, and the comp reflects that.
Concierge membership clients guarantee your per-session rate for every session in their monthly plan, whether or not they book it. A Signature member (8 sessions per month) means $880 per month of guaranteed earnings from a single client. FAA/HIMS quarterly reports pay a flat $200.

The Role
Provide individual psychotherapy via secure telehealth as a 1099 independent contractor. You handle the clinical work. We handle client acquisition, intake, matching, scheduling, billing, and support.
- Conduct virtual sessions in 50-minute, 90-minute, and 3-hour formats
- Document in our EHR (Jane App, provided) within 48 hours of each session
- Maintain active licensure and current availability across all licensed states
- Coordinate with the CEREVITY care team when clinically appropriate
Requirements
- Doctoral degree in Psychology (PsyD or PhD)
- Active, unrestricted psychologist licensure in 2 or more U.S. states
- No open board complaints, sanctions, or probationary restrictions in any state
- Minimum 1 year post-licensure clinical experience
- Capacity for 5 to 20 sessions per week
- Active professional liability insurance
- Proficiency with EHR, telehealth, and standard digital workflows
Preferred: experience with high-achievers navigating executive burnout, performance anxiety, imposter syndrome, career transitions, or relationship dynamics under pressure.
