Responsibilities:
Maintain and restore all types of flooring throughout the facility
Operate floor care equipment including buffers, burnishers, scrubbers, and carpet cleaners
Strip, wax, polish, and refinish floors as needed
Clean and maintain carpets, tile, vinyl, and other flooring surfaces
Follow safety procedures and infection control guidelines
Assist with general housekeeping duties as needed
Ensure all work areas remain clean, organized, and hazard-free
Qualifications:
Previous floor care experience preferred
Knowledge of floor maintenance equipment and cleaning products
Ability to work independently and efficiently
Strong attention to detail
Reliable attendance and positive attitude
Ability to lift, push, pull, and move equipment as required
