Pay Range: $1,877.39 - $1,971.26
Schedule: 08:00 - 18:30
Contract Length: 13 weeks.
Candidate Type: Traveler
Requirements: • Experienced Oncology nurse; Chemo competent • Ambulatory experience preferred • Travel experience preferred • Experience with Epic/Beacon• must be very proficient at IV insertions
Responsibilities:
- Provide infusion therapy to oncology patients in a fast-paced hospital setting.
- Administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and bio/biological treatments efficiently and safely.
- Monitor patient conditions closely throughout treatment and intervene in emergent situations.
- Access, maintain, and de-access central lines with proficiency.
- Educate patients about their treatments and care plans to support patient-centered care.
