Boiler/HVAC Service Technician

Avalanche Mechanical Co. is looking for a skilled Boiler Service Technician to join our team. This is a full-time field position based in Commerce City, CO, servicing commercial HVACR equipment. The ideal candidate has a strong background in boiler and chiller systems, and experience with a variety of other HVACR equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service, repair, and maintain boilers and chillers
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVACR system issues
- Work on a variety of equipment including:
- Rooftop Units (RTUs)
- Heat Pumps
- Aquatherms
- Split Systems
- Circulation Pumps
- Furnaces
- Hanging Heaters
- Heating Coils
- Swamp Coolers
- Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams
- Keep accurate service records and maintain a clean work area
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years HVACR field experience with emphasis on boilers and chillers
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- EPA Certification preferred
- Good communication and customer service skills
