Hillcrest Health & Living is looking for compassionate, clinically strong Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our senior care communities across the Omaha metro area.

What You’ll Do
As an RN or LPN, you will provide skilled nursing care and clinical support for residents while partnering closely with residents, families, providers, and the interdisciplinary care team.
You will:
- Provide safe, compassionate nursing care based on each resident’s individualized care plan.
- Complete prescribed treatments and ensure medications are administered timely, privately, and according to facility procedures.
- Monitor residents for changes in condition and promptly communicate concerns to the appropriate clinical team members and providers.
- Review and update care plans as resident needs, conditions, or goals change.
- Complete admission care plans and clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Support quality nursing and clinical practices that promote residents’ physical, emotional, and mental well-being.
- Follow skin-care policies and use preventative measures to help maintain resident skin integrity.
- Collaborate with physicians, RNs, LPNs, CNAs, medication aides, therapy teams, and other care partners to coordinate quality care.
- Build trusted relationships with residents and families through clear communication, compassion, and professionalism.
- Follow infection-control practices, regulatory requirements, and Hillcrest policies and procedures.
- Help create a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for residents and teammates.

Ideal candidates will have:
- An active RN or LPN license in Nebraska or a compact state.

- The ability to stay organized and respond calmly when priorities change.
- A collaborative, team-first approach to nursing care.
- Previous senior living, skilled nursing, post-acute, rehabilitation, or long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

- Must be able to speak, read, and write English.
