Who We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for:
- Licensed Life & Health agents (2-15) who want to specialize in Medicare.
- Newer agents who need hands-on coaching to build confidence and close more deals.
- Experienced agents who want better support, training, and a collaborative team.
- Self-starters who are coachable, tech-savvy, and committed to ethical, compliant sales.
What You’ll Do
- Educate and enroll clients in Medicare Advantage, Supplement, and Part D plans.
- Conduct virtual and in-person appointments with seniors and Medicare-eligible individuals.
- Use provided scripts, marketing assets, and lead strategies to grow your book of business.
- Stay current on CMS guidelines and maintain full compliance in all sales activities.
Compensation & Structure
- 1099 Independent Contractor role.
- Earn first-year commissions plus lifetime renewals.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
