Embark on a fulfilling opportunity as a Speech-Language Pathologist supporting a K-12 student population in a dynamic school setting near Fort Worth, TX. This full-time contract position is ideal for professionals passionate about making a meaningful impact in students’ communication skills and academic growth. You’ll be assigned to one school site, working on-site with a caseload of approximately 60-65 students throughout the school year.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Texas
- Experience providing SLP services in a school environment
- Bilingual Spanish-speaking ability is highly valued
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills
- Commitment to compliance with Texas Education Agency (TEA) credentialing; fingerprints must be completed or verified (may take up to 10 business days)
- Ability to work full-time, up to 37.5 hours per week, covering the entire school year (8/10/26 – 5/21/27)
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy services to K-12 students
- Assess students, create individualized treatment plans, and implement therapy in alignment with IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective support for student progress
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Participate in team meetings, parent conferences, and ongoing professional development
