Carolina Construction Products is looking for a reliable, full-time Window and Door Service Technician to join our growing team. This is a hands-on, field-based role working on residential homes to service, repair and fine tune high-end windows and doors.

The Role
You’ll be working independently in residential homes, diagnosing issues, making repairs and ensuring windows and doors operate exactly as they should.
· Schedule: First shift
· Core hours: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Occasional overtime)
· Pay: Competitive hourly pay, negotiable based on experience

What You’ll Be Doing
· Service, repair, adjust and replace residential windows and doors
· Troubleshoot operational issues and identify root causes
· Perform minor adjustments and replacements
· Communicate clearly with team members, builders and homeowners
· Document service work and note additional needs
· Ensure proper jobsite preparation and cleanup
· Make sure all required materials and tools are on hand before each job
· Perform additional duties as required
What We’re Looking For
· Construction, mechanical or hands-on trade experience preferred but not required
· Willingness to learn window and door installation, service and troubleshooting
· Strong problem solving mindset and attention to detail
· Comfortable working with hands and power tools (or eager to learn)
· Reliable, punctual and self-motivated
· Ability to work independently
· Good communication skills and customer service skills
· Physically able to work in varying conditions and lift up to 50 lbs
· Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
