Role Responsibilities:
-
Perform oil and filter changes, tire rotations, and basic tire repairs quickly and accurately
- Complete multi‑point vehicle inspections (fluids, battery, lights, tire pressure) and flag recommended repairs to the Service Advisor
- Protect vehicle condition by noting and communicating any changes in appearance or performance
- Keep the shop clean, organized, and efficient, ensuring all equipment—especially lifts are in safe working order
- Always follow all safety standards and procedures
- Complete work per Repair Order, dealership, and factory guidelines, working closely with the Shop Foreman and Parts team
