About the Role:
As a CNA, you will assist our nursing staff in providing high-quality care to our residents, while promoting a positive and respectful environment. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing direct care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assisting with mobility and ambulation, as needed
- Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes to the nursing staff
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of resident care and health status
- Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Promoting a positive and respectful environment for our residents, families, and colleagues
Requirements:
Must be a graduate of an accredited CNA program
Currently certified as a CNA in the state of Florida
Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents, as needed
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
