Red Cedar Lodge Senior Living is seeking compassionate, dependable Part-Time and PRN Resident Assistants to join our caregiving team. If you have a passion for helping seniors maintain their independence while providing exceptional care, we'd love to meet you!

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.

Provide compassionate, respectful care while promoting each resident's dignity and independence.

Respond promptly to resident call lights and requests for assistance.

Observe and report changes in residents' physical or emotional condition to the appropriate staff.

Assist with meal service, activities, and resident engagement as needed.

Maintain accurate documentation and follow community policies and procedures.

Work collaboratively with nursing and other team members to provide excellent resident care.

Previous caregiving or resident assistant experience is preferred but not required.

CNA certification is a plus but not required (if applicable).

Compassionate, patient, and dependable with a strong desire to serve seniors.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to lift, transfer, and assist residents safely.

Must be able to pass all required background checks and pre-employment screenings.
