CGI Global is actively hiring experienced Medicare sales agents for our high-performance Medicare sales team.
We are looking for serious producers who understand Medicare Advantage sales, can handle inbound lead volume, and want a real opportunity to scale their income in a structured remote environment.
This is a fast-moving opportunity with interviews and onboarding happening immediately.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Taking inbound Medicare calls
- Selling Medicare Advantage plans
- Working qualified live transfer and inbound lead traffic
- Managing a consistent daily call volume
- Following compliance and production standards
- Working within a team-focused sales environment
Compensation
- 1099 Independent Contractor position
- Expected earnings: $2,500 – $3,000+ per week
- Additional spiffs and performance incentives available
- Low CPA inbound lead flow provided
- Consistent opportunity for experienced closers
Schedule
Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Optional extended hours available until 9:00 PM
Saturday availability: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- Active Florida 2-15 health insurance license
- AHIP certified
- Licensed in at least 5–10 states minimum
- Medicare Advantage sales experience required
- Must have previous AEP, OEP, and SEP selling experience
- Strong communication and sales ability
- Must be reliable, punctual, and production-focused
- Must have reliable internet and a professional remote work setup
Preferred Qualifications
- Experienced Medicare agents
- Proven production history
- Ability to handle high call volume consistently
- All carrier releases in hand preferred for faster onboarding
