Position Summary
We are seeking a personable, organized, and service-oriented individual to join our practice. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a people-focused environment, enjoys balancing multiple responsibilities, and takes pride in creating a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
Individuals with backgrounds in hospitality, restaurants, customer service, retail, hotels, salons, spas, fitness centers, and similar industries often excel in this role because they understand how to make people feel valued while managing a busy workflow.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with questions and scheduling needs
- Coordinate appointments and help maintain an efficient daily schedule
- Process payments and assist with front-office transactions
- Maintain an organized and professional reception area
- Communicate effectively with patients and clinical staff
- Support daily office operations through scheduling, data entry, and administrative tasks
- Manage incoming messages, correspondence, and patient requests
- Assist with document preparation and general office support functions
QualificationsPreferred Background
- Experience in hospitality, restaurants, hotels, retail, salons, fitness facilities, customer service, or another client-facing environment
- Proven ability to remain professional and composed during busy periods
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent customer service mindset
Required Skills
- Comfortable working with computers and electronic scheduling systems
- Strong keyboarding and data-entry abilities
- Ability to maintain accurate electronic records and documentation
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, Google Workspace, email, and basic office technology
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Professional phone etiquette and communication abilities
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Dependable, punctual, and collaborative team player
Education
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required
