Duties
- Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality service delivery
- Lead staff training and development initiatives to enhance team performance and customer satisfaction
- Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste
- Oversee food preparation, ensuring adherence to food safety standards and quality control procedures
- Handle cash management duties such as POS transactions using systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS, and ensure accurate cash handling
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas in compliance with health regulations
- Conduct staff interviews, performance evaluations, and shift management to optimize team productivity
- Implement food production processes, including cooking, food handling, and presentation standards
- Monitor budget adherence and contribute to sales growth strategies through excellent customer service
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food service management or restaurant management with supervising responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; cash handling experience required
- Background in quick service & fast food restaurant operations or casual dining environments
- Experience with inventory control, food safety protocols, and kitchen management practices
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and develop staff effectively
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques including cooking, food handling, and presentation standards
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest experiences
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel/catering environments is a plus
