We are a family-owned local resale store looking for friendly, energetic, customer-service oriented individuals to join our OUAC team.
Qualified individuals must be able have weekend availability on either Saturday or Sunday.
Please do not apply for this position if you do not have weekend availability as we are a retail store open 7 days a week.
Job Requirements
- Applicants must be 18 years or older, and able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background test
- Be authorized to work in the United States
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs (and occasionally more)
- Customer service oriented
- Open and close the store in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Act as the leader-on-duty in the absence of store management
- Conflict resolution
- Keep staff on task and working efficiently
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Set the pace for workflow- work efficiently minimizing errors
- Train and coach new team members
Job Type: Part-time/Full-time
Pay: From $15.00-$16 per hour
