About the Position
Shovel Kings, LLC is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This position is ideal for someone looking for a flexible schedule with approximately 15 hours per week. We are looking for someone who is organized, reliable, and takes pride in keeping records accurate and up to date.
Responsibilities
- File and organize office records and documents
- Scan receipts, invoices, and other paperwork into digital files
- Enter invoices and data into company records
- Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems
- Assist with general office organization
- Perform miscellaneous administrative and clerical duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information
