Pearl Dentistry is seeking a friendly, reliable, and patient-focused Dental Assistant to join our team! Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist during a variety of dental procedures.
- Prepare treatment rooms and ensure they are clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control standards.
- Take dental radiographs (X-rays) in accordance with state regulations.
- Prepare and educate patients before, during, and after treatment.
- Chart procedures and accurately document patient information.
- Assist with impressions, temporary crowns, and other clinical procedures as permitted.
- Manage supplies and help maintain inventory.
- Support the clinical team to ensure an efficient daily schedule.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while helping patients feel comfortable and cared for.
Qualifications
- Previous dental assisting experience preferred (new graduates with strong clinical skills are encouraged to apply).
- Radiology certification required (or ability to obtain based on state requirements).
- CPR certification preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and a team-first mentality.

Pay: $21.00 - $27.00 per hour
