Floor Assembly Operator – Parts Prepped
Position Purpose:
The position involves accurate and efficient sub-assembly of intermediate components to final assembly of finished sensor modules.
Major tasks of position:
Learn how to accurately inspect and assemble sensor gaskets, crossover gaskets and flowcells according to procedure #4-016735 Flowcell and Gasket Assembly Procedure.
Learn how to accurately prepare and etch all sensor module parts that require etching for the plasma etching and the operation of the Glen plasma cleaning system according to procedure #4-30330 Operation of the Plasma Treatment System.
Learn how to accurately sub-assemble reference gasket and reference covers according to procedure #3-017074 Ref. Sub-assembly weld operation.
Learn how to accurately weld the reference gasket and reference cover sub-assembly according to procedure #3-017074 Ref. Sub-assembly Weld Operation.
Minimum requirements/ capabilities required:
Basic computer skills. Good time management and organization skills.
Education: High School Diploma and 0-1 years of relevant work experience.
