Talent Manager — Influencer Brand Partnerships (Commission / 1099)
Stallion Talent | Remote (U.S.) | Full Commission — Uncapped
About the Opportunity
Stallion Talent is one of the fastest-growing influencer management companies in the food and lifestyle space. A Talent Manager with Stallion operates in a pure meritocracy: your income is determined entirely by your production, with no cap and no ceiling. This position is currently available — but only for a select few highly motivated, determined, and fearless individuals with an entrepreneur's mindset.
The objective of the Talent Manager is to outwork the competition and leverage Stallion's platform — our creator roster, brand relationships, deal playbook, and centralized back office — to win brand partnerships and build long-term relationships with creators and brand-side decision makers. This is not a salaried marketing job. This is a production-based sales career in the creator economy, built on the same model that made commercial real estate brokerage one of the highest-earning career paths in America.
What You'll Do
- Relentlessly and proactively prospect brands, agencies, and media buyers to source paid partnership opportunities for your creator roster
- Pitch, price, structure, and negotiate brand deals — sponsored content, whitelisting, usage rights, exclusivity, and multi-flight campaigns
- Sign and manage your own roster of creators, serving as their primary point of contact and strategic advisor
- Maintain detailed, disciplined records of all activity in the company CRM
- Leverage Stallion's centralized contracts and invoicing infrastructure so you spend your time selling, not pushing paper
- Collaborate with leadership on deal strategy while owning your book of business end to end
Compensation
- 100% commission, 1099 independent contractor
- Tiered commission splits that increase as your lifetime production grows
- No cap on earnings — top producers in this model out-earn most salaried executives
- You are paid on what you close. Full stop.
Who Succeeds Here
- Proven performers from commission-driven fields: commercial real estate, insurance, recruiting, SaaS sales, financial services, or media sales
- Aggressive, ambitious, self-directed operators who don't need a manager standing over them
- Exceptional communicators — comfortable on the phone, sharp in writing, persuasive in negotiation
- Genuine interest in the creator economy, social media, and digital marketing
- Thick skin, long memory for relationships, short memory for rejection
What Stallion Provides
- An established roster of food and lifestyle creators with proven brand demand
- Active relationships with national brands and QSR partners
- A complete deal playbook and structured training program
- Centralized contracts, invoicing, and back-office support
- Direct mentorship from the founder — no bureaucracy, no layers
Who Should Not Apply
If you need a base salary to feel secure, this role is not for you. If you've never cold-called, prospected, or eaten what you killed, this role is not for you. If you're looking for a "social media job," this is not that. This is a sales career with equity-level upside for people willing to build it.
