RN Correctional Opportunity – Albion, NY 14411 | $2,600 Gross Weekly Pay
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a correctional healthcare assignment in Albion, NY.
Assignment Details:
- Contract Length: 26–52 weeks
- Shift: Mid Shift – 5x8 Hours (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM)
- Local Travelers Accepted (Same Pay Rate)
- Accepts First-Time Travelers
- Returning Staff: Must be separated from any NY State facility for at least 2 years
Pay Package:
- Gross Weekly Pay: $2,600/week
- Blended Hourly Rate: $65.00/hour
- (Taxable Base Pay: $20.00/hour + Tax-Free Stipend: $45.00/hour )
Weekly Pay Breakdown:
- Taxable Pay: $800/week
- Tax-Free Stipend: $1,800/week
Position Overview:
Provide direct nursing care in a correctional healthcare setting, including patient assessments, care planning, treatments, health education, and collaboration with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
Requirements:
- Active New York State RN license and registration required
- Must complete and clear the state-run Criminal History Form before starting (processing may take up to 4 weeks)
