The Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced and driven State Director to oversee daily operational efficiency, drive sales, and ensure our services are delivered effectively, compliantly, and with high quality across the state. You will be instrumental in growing our behavioral health network and holding clients accountable for their sobriety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Build, develop, and manage a 5-person team (1 Admin, 2 Account Managers, 1 MD, and 1 LPC or LPSW). Drive accountability, meet metrics, and ensure all staff training is up to date.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations and verticals, ensuring all practices meet company goals and regulatory guidelines. Manage inventory for state-of-the-art monitoring equipment (e.g., breathalyzers, IID equipment, and tech systems).
- Hands-on Management: Act as the operational backbone of your state—perform all duties of the Admin and Account Manager positions in the event of absences.
- Client & Revenue Growth: Drive revenue through sobriety program compliance. Support Account Managers in aiding patients with acquiring health care coverage if needed.
Account Manager Support:
You will guide your team of Account Managers to:
- Maintain client and patient retention by ensuring adherence to sobriety and compliance programs.
- Assist Sober Living Facility Owners, Business Owners, and clinical contacts to achieve desired accountability levels among their populations.
- Provide initial client education, outline program rules, and clearly communicate consequences for violations (e.g., positive tests, tampering).
- Review alert reports, manage accounts, and communicate non-compliance events to appropriate contacts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, Public Health, or a related field. (preferred)
- Proven track record of management and sales growth, preferably in behavioral health, addiction services, or compliance/probation tech.
- Strong understanding of monitoring technologies, healthcare coverage/Medicaid, and regulatory compliance.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a multidisciplinary team and step into operational roles when necessary.

Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour
