We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex projects across our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of high-impact projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budgets. The Senior Project Manager will mentor junior project staff, encourage cross-functional collaboration, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, budgets, and risk management strategies.
- Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks or issues, and implement timely solutions to keep projects on track.
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Provide regular status updates and detailed reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and post-implementation reviews to drive continuous improvement.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior project managers or coordinators within the team.
- Ensure all projects adhere to company standards, policies, compliance, and best practices.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams.
- Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk assessment.

- Proficient in project management software tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Asana, Trello).

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, information technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant project management experience, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
- Master’s degree in business, management, or related discipline.
- Experience in the relevant industry (e.g., IT, construction, finance, healthcare, etc.).
- Experience with Agile or Lean methodologies.
- Change management certification or experience.
