Full-Time Salary Position | Tuesday–Friday | 4-Day Workweek | No CDL Required
Left Bank Wine + Spirits is seeking a dependable, professional Delivery Driver to join our Wisconsin distribution team. Our drivers are an important part of the customer experience, delivering wine and spirits to restaurants, bars, grocery stores, liquor stores, and other retail accounts throughout Wisconsin.
This is a full-time, salaried position with a four-day workweek, Tuesday through Friday, typically working 10–12 hour shifts. Applicants must be available for a variety of daytime start times. There are also opportunities for occasional overnight routes and additional overtime.
What You'll Do
- Safely operate a company delivery van on assigned routes throughout Wisconsin
- Load, organize, transport, and deliver cases of wine and spirits to customer locations
- Safely and confidently maneuver and back a work van in loading areas, parking lots, alleys, and other delivery locations
- Use hand carts to move and deliver product
- Verify deliveries for accuracy and ensure product arrives in good condition
- Communicate professionally with customers, including grocery stores, restaurants, bars, and liquor stores
- Work independently to manage route challenges and make sound decisions throughout the day
- Communicate delivery issues, discrepancies, damaged product, or customer concerns to the appropriate team members
- Maintain an organized and professional delivery vehicle
- Follow company procedures and all applicable safety and alcohol beverage regulations
- Assist with warehouse, loading, and other distribution duties as needed
What We're Looking For
Successful drivers are reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently. Because our drivers interact directly with our customers, strong customer service and problem-solving skills are just as important as safe driving.
Applicants must:
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Have a valid driver's license and a safe driving record
- Have reliable transportation to and from work
- Be able to safely and confidently operate and back a work van
- Be able to repeatedly lift and carry cases weighing 40+ pounds
- Be able to use a hand cart to move product safely and efficiently
- Be available to work Tuesday through Friday, including varying daytime start times
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Communicate professionally with customers and coworkers
- Be dependable and able to work independently
No CDL is required.
