Dacotah Foundation is a nonprofit organization that has been serving the Bismarck community for decades, providing behavioral health services to adults experiencing mental health and substance use challenges. Our programs are recovery-focused, trauma-informed, and person-centered, creating supportive environments where individuals can stabilize, build skills, and move forward in their recovery.
We are currently hiring shift-based Program Coordinators to help support our residential behavioral health programs. If you enjoy leadership, teamwork, and meaningful work that impacts lives, this could be a great fit.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and support staff during your shift
- Help maintain a safe, structured, recovery-focused environment
- Respond to crisis situations and support de-escalation when needed
- Encourage client engagement, activities, and skill-building
- Ensure documentation and program tasks are completed accurately
- Coordinate with community partners and healthcare providers
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Interest in behavioral health, human services, or helping professions
- Ability to stay calm, supportive, and solution-focused in challenging situations
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, human services, criminal justice, nursing, public health, or related field preferred (experience also valued)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $22.00 - $24.50 per hour
