Hiring 1:1 Home Care LPN or RN for toddler with feeding-tube in Herndon, VA. This family is 100% Spanish speaking and prefers a nurse who also speaks Spanish.
Day-Shift (8A - 4P or 9A - 5P) 7x days per week

American Care Partners is currently seeking a dedicated LPN or RN to join to our Exceptional Clinical Team who can provide quality care to our patients, under the supervision of the RN Case Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Private duty nursing for Pediatric clients in home and community setting
- Provide appropriate care in accordance to physician orders
- Ensure the well being of the patient
Required Skills:
- Good documentation skills
- G-Tube (feedings, medications, water flushes, etc.)
- Punctual, very caring, and compassionate.
- Spanish speaking nurses are encouraged to apply!
Qualifications:
- Updated CPR
- Valid Identification
- Current state license to practice as an LPN or RN in Virginia
- Social Security card (or work order/visa)
- Copy of PPD or Chest X-ray
- Copy of Immunizations of Hepatitis B and Influenza
- Copy of updated TB results
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience as an LPN; Home healthcare preferred
- Minimum of 1 year experience with Pediatric
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program.
