Position Overview
Banktech is seeking a motivated and energetic Outside Sales Representative to join our team. This position is ideal for a self-driven professional who enjoys meeting business owners, building relationships, and closing deals in the field.
The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for conducting in-person presentations, helping merchants transition to better payment processing solutions, and closing new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outside sales visits and presentations
- Educate merchants on payment processing solutions and POS systems
- Analyze merchant statements and identify savings opportunities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Follow up on leads and appointments
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
- Maintain accurate notes and pipeline activity in CRM
Qualifications
- Previous outside sales experience preferred
- Merchant services or B2B sales experience is a plus
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Reliable transportation required
- Ability to work independently and manage schedule effectively
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
