Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
Take and record vital signs and report changes in condition to the nurse
Assist residents with meals, hydration, and safe feeding as needed
Provide emotional support and build meaningful, respectful relationships with residents and families
Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
Work collaboratively with nurses and the interdisciplinary team to deliver excellent resident care
