Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Director of Nursing to lead our healthcare team with enthusiasm and strategic insight. Duties
- Provide strategic planning and leadership to all nursing departments, aligning goals with organizational mission and healthcare regulations
- Manage the development and implementation of policies that ensure compliance with state-specific education laws and healthcare standards
- Oversee budgeting processes related to nursing services, ensuring optimal resource allocation and fiscal responsibility
- Supervise nursing staff, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and ongoing professional development
- Lead organizational efforts in quality improvement initiatives to elevate patient care standards and safety protocols
- Collaborate with other administrative leaders to coordinate educational programs, staff training, and continuous learning opportunities in clinical practices
- Ensure effective management of personnel, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, accountability, and professional growth
Qualifications
- Proven management experience in healthcare
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, organizational budget management, and personnel management in education or healthcare settings
- In-depth knowledge of state-specific education laws relevant to healthcare training programs
- Strong background in leadership
- Experience leading teams with a focus on staff supervision and team management
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive organizational success
- LPN,RN Experience in a Personal Care Home, Assisted Living Required
Pay: $103,894.59 - $110,589.77 per year
