I.. Core Job Objective
Responsible for system product planning, including requirement analysis and prototype design. Drive cross-department collaboration to ensure product goals are aligned with actual business scenarios.
II. Job Responsibilities
Requirement Management: Conduct requirement research and analysis, deliver PRD (Product Requirement Document), and lead requirement review sessions.
Product Design: Lead functional prototype design and coordinate with UI team to finalize interaction solutions.
Project Promotion: Assist in formulating version iteration plans, follow up on development progress, and manage project risks.
Effect Verification: Design data tracking and buried-point solutions, analyze the launch effect of online functions, and propose and follow up on optimization strategies.
Job Requirements
Hard Requirements
1. With more than 3 years of product work experience and full-cycle participation in no less than 2 complete project closures.
2. Possess working experience in cross-border e-commerce warehousing, cross-border logistics or general logistics industries.
3. Have learned and applied development-related knowledge, including Java language and MySQL database.
4. Proficient in mainstream tools such as Axure, XMind, Visio, Figma and Modao, capable of independently delivering high-fidelity prototypes.
5. Able to verify product assumptions through data analysis.
6. Capable of evaluating and prioritizing product requirements reasonably.
Soft Competencies
1. Possess clear logical thinking and the ability to quickly decompose complex business problems.
2. Strong cross-departmental communication and conflict coordination capabilities.
3. Capable of correlating and optimizing multiple ongoing projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Technical background with a major in Computer Science or related fields.
2. High data sensitivity, with proven experience in driving product optimization and iteration through data analysis.
3. Possess holistic thinking and overall project perspective.
4. Able to provide authentic requirement analysis documents and work portfolios.
Pay: $27.52 - $33.14 per hour
