ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES ASSIGNED:
Includes but not limited to:

Keep abreast of and adheres to all casino policies and procedures

Assist customers on slot devices while maintaining priority customer service
-
Promptly deliver cocktails, beer, wine and other items as requested/ordered by guests
-
Practice and promote all applicable beverage service health and safety regulations
-
Required to know and execute Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) policies as needed
-
Check identification of guests who appear to be under 30 and never serve a guest without proper ID (special attention paid to matching IDs with Player Club card)
-
Recognize guests who are consuming alcohol too quickly and implement “Slow Down” protocol
-
Recognize guests who display signs of intoxication and implement “Cut Off” protocol
-
Responsible for all aspects of the Slot operations
-
Responsible for maintaining Door Open Log
-
Will circulate the Slot area while observing the Slot device correct operation and play. Slot Attendants will observe patrons for slot abuse, sabotage and cheating
-
Responsible for legibly completing ALL paperwork daily
-
Responsible for assisting the patrons in operation and understanding of the playing method of the Slot devices
-
Responsible for working in a safe cautious manner so as to not endanger property, patrons, themselves or other employees
-
Responsible for clocking in and out daily
-
Responsible for ensuring the appearance of the casino floor is professional at all times
-
Responsible for dumping ashtrays, disposing unused cups, and cleaning machines when it is not busy on the floor
-
Assure that a high level of service is provided to internal and external guests.
QUALIFICATIONS:

Availability to work any shift

Must pass initial drug screening, background investigation, and random drug tests

Good credit mandatory
-
Must have strong interpersonal skills and excellent customer service skills

Must have the ability to work alone and as part of a team

Must maintain an excellent work attendance history

Must be detail oriented and posses organizational skills
LANGUAGE SKILLS:

Ability to read and interpret documents, such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.

Ability to respond to common inquires or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies and staff.

Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations. Effective interpersonal skills required.
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:

MATHMATICAL SKILLS:

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in a all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals and work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference.

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
