Job Overview
The Project Manager I supports the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from pre-construction through close-out. This role works closely with Senior Leadership and Production Manager to ensure schedules, budgets, documentation, and communication are maintained.
Duties
Project Coordination & Support
· Assist in managing construction projects from kickoff through completion
· Support project estimating, scheduling, timelines, and milestone tracking
· Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors
· Help track project progress and flag risk or delays early
Budget & Cost Tracking (Support Level)
· Assist with project budgets, cost tracking, and forecasting
· Review and process invoices, purchase orders, and change orders for approval
· Track labor, materials, and subcontractor costs and report variances
Documentation & Admin
· Maintain project documentation including RFIs, submittals, drawings, and change orders
· Ensure files are organized and up to date
· Assist with project close-our documentation and handover packages
Client & Stakeholder Communication
· Support client communication by preparing updates and status reports
· Attend client meetings with Senior Leadership as needed
· Respond to routine project inquiries and escalate issues appropriately
Field & Production Coordination
· Coordinate with production/manufacturing teams on project timelines
· Participate in inspections to monitor progress and quality
· Assist with punch lists and quality control follow ups
Safety & Compliance
· Follow and support company safety policies and OSHA standards
· Assist with jobsite safety coordination and documentation
· Report safety concerns or incidents immediately
Requirements
- 1-3+ years of experience in construction, project coordination, or related field
- Basic understanding of construction processes and sequencing
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Project management tools

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Experience:
- Project management: 2 years (Preferred)
- Blueprint reading: 2 years (Preferred)
