What This Job Actually Is
=====================
You'll transport patients to and from medical appointments, many of them elderly, disabled, or managing serious illness. These are people who have no other way to get there. When you show up on time and treat them with dignity, you're not just driving. You're the reason they make their appointment.
That matters. It also requires more than most driving jobs.
=====================
A Realistic Look at the Role
=====================
● Early Starts: Shifts begin as early as 4:30–6:00 AM
● Daily Cadence: 4–8 ambulatory trips per day, requiring excellent time management between drop-offs and pick-ups.
● Strict Time Discipline: Strict pick-up windows (delays have real consequences for patients)
● Digital Execution: Real-time trip documentation required via our driver app
● Operational Availability: Saturday rotation availability is required, structured as a rotating schedule shared among all drivers
=====================
This Role Is NOT for You If

● Slow or difficult passengers frustrate you
● You're between jobs and treating this as temporary
● You haven't worked with elderly or medically vulnerable people before and aren't sure it's for you
=====================
This Role IS for You If
=====================
● You're dependable by nature
● You're calm and patient when things don't go perfectly
● You want a structured, long-term opportunity doing work that means something
● You're looking for a professional environment with real support behind you
